1. The Service
TradePilot is a trading journal, analytics, research, education, and AI-assisted coaching product. TradePilot is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, exchange, or trade-execution service. It does not hold customer funds or place trades.
2. No Financial Advice
TradePilot does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Analytics, scores, educational content, and AI-generated insights are general educational and informational material, not personalized investment advice, recommendations, signals, or guarantees. You must independently evaluate all information and make your own decisions.
3. Trading Risk
Trading futures, securities, foreign exchange, digital assets, and other financial products involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all capital. Past performance, backtests, simulated results, scores, and AI analysis do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trades, position sizing, risk controls, and financial outcomes. See the .
4. Your Account and Data
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information. You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant TradePilot permission to process it only as needed to operate and support the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
5. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the monthly or annual cycle selected at checkout and automatically renew until canceled. Prices and the billing interval are shown before purchase. You may manage or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal available from TradePilot settings. Unless Stripe shows otherwise for your subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until then and no further renewal charge should occur after cancellation.
6. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable and TradePilot does not promise refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, plan changes, or failure to cancel before renewal. Any refund required by applicable law will be handled as required. Billing questions may be submitted through the contact page, but submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected portions, upload malicious or unlawful material, or use TradePilot to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
8. Availability and Changes
TradePilot may change, suspend, or remove features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. You should maintain appropriate copies of important trading records.
9. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of profitability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TradePilot is not liable for trading losses or decisions, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be waived by these terms.
10. Termination and Changes to These Terms
You may stop using TradePilot at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of these terms. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above will be revised when changes are posted.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
TradePilot processes the information you provide: email and authentication records; profile and preference settings; trading-account labels and rules; journal entries, notes, emotions, mistakes, strategy and backtest data; uploaded chart screenshots; and support communications. Billing status, plan, customer and subscription identifiers, invoices, and limited payment metadata are received from Stripe. Full card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by TradePilot.
2. How Your Data Is Used
This information is used to authenticate you, store and display your journal, generate analytics and requested AI reviews, administer subscriptions, send service and scheduled product emails you enable, secure and troubleshoot the service, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service Providers and Data Sharing
TradePilot uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and the customer portal; Resend for transactional and scheduled email delivery; Netlify for hosting and serverless functions; and OpenAI for the Elite AI screenshot-review feature. When you request an AI screenshot review, the relevant chart screenshot URL and trade context—including fields such as symbol, prices, P&L, setup, emotion, mistakes, and notes—are sent to OpenAI to generate the review. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. TradePilot may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transaction. TradePilot does not state that it sells personal information.
4. Storage and Browser Data
Account records, journal data, and screenshots may be stored in Supabase. Some preferences, setup progress, cached application state, and session-related data may be stored in your browser. Netlify and other infrastructure providers may process technical request logs needed to deliver and protect the service. Avoid uploading sensitive personal documents as trade screenshots.
5. Data Retention and Your Choices
Data is retained while needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, security, billing, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. Retention periods may differ by data type and provider. You may export supported journal data from Settings. You may request account deletion from Settings or through the ; some billing, security, backup, or legal records may be retained where necessary.
6. Email
Resend is used to deliver authentication-related, transactional, test, and scheduled report or reminder emails supported by the service. You can adjust supported notification preferences in Settings. Essential account, security, and billing communications may still be sent when necessary.
7. Security
TradePilot uses authentication, user-scoped database access, and service-provider security controls intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Children and International Use
TradePilot is not directed to children. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service and any transfer of information is permitted where they live. Region-specific privacy rights may apply under local law.
9. Policy Changes and Contact

AI-generated reviews and coaching can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or based on an incorrect interpretation of a screenshot or journal entry. They are educational and informational only—not investment advice, a recommendation, a signal, or a guarantee. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for any trade or risk decision.
You Control Every Decision
You are solely responsible for validating information, deciding whether and how to trade, selecting position size, using protective orders, complying with broker and prop-firm rules, and monitoring open positions. TradePilot does not monitor markets or execute, modify, or close orders.
